Just received one of these as a gift for Christmas (that's what brought me here), so I unfortunately cannot comment on the price. Very cool product, especially for beginners. For more advanced calisthenics folks, I would recommend leg elevation/muscle targeting variations, depending on your desired result (ex. Incline or decline pushups/lower or upper chest focus for those reading). Also, the board and handles can be used for a simple dip set up, if the legs are elevated. My ONLY complaint, is that this is in no way targeting your back optimally. Pull up variations are always king, or anything leading up to a full pull up for back. OP, thanks for this review and I hope this can help any curious folks like myself. You kicked ass, just wanted to share some knowledge with those starting out. ✌️

Bought one, on the 2nd day I f'd up left elbow and now I'm not going to be doing any exercising for a few days. I hurt it doing the "Back" diagonal angle (which is bullshit btw because that's the only thing that isn't sore right now, which means I didn't activate it at all) and am not sure I want to keep on with it. Personally, I think I'm going to go back to using my iron gym. If you want to work back, you've got to do pullups or at least some kind of rows. I think it's also safe to do pushups on. I feel like this thing is going to give me major tendonitis gains. I kinda feel like I wasted my money, but that's just me. I'm sure there are people on here who will disagree, and that's fine. Just wasn't for me.

Thank you for this! You're right about working the back, I wasn't sure how not pulling would work the back. Sorry to hear about your setback, hopefully it's not a long recovery. Very solid contribution that illustrates the failings of products for many consumers.
