I am really proud of those Nigerian ladies. they are my heroes coming from a country with little to no support from the govt cos soccer gets most of the attention. They being there and doing that was all on their hard work and earnings the Bronze is a big deal. Kudos ladies

Congratulations to all the winners that take part, but my Jamaican hats off to you all. Much love and prayers stay safe, blessed and humble. We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. Praying that God will continue to strengthen us and to open our hearts and mind to stay focused and keep our eyes on Him daily. We'll lifted up our eyes to the hills from whence our health cometh from the Lord, we will not stumble or fell . Always stay positive and asked God to go before and remove any obstacles that may be in your way. In that B Final for the womens 4x4 i'm a bit annoyed that the announcers didn't say anything about Fawn Dorr on Canada's third leg. She was in dead last behind by at least 30 meters and brought Canada all the way up the second.

+jonaloin counting steps to make the take off mark. When their team mate gets to that mark, they will take off.

I figured it out but thanks for the reply! Even with those markers you still got to wonder why teams keep on making mistakes during the relay. Maybe it's the excitement and the adrenalin that gets you.
