Wow, once the Brownlee brothers finished their race, I immediately had tears in my eyes. I can't believe my emotions, happiness, and pride for these siblings was so present. Just to imagine the happiness from their hard work and determination... I shouldn't be surprised, but maybe it's because the 2020/2021 Olympics are just days away and I am so pumped for them! This was a great watch to psych me up for the Olympics later this week! :).

@@laurad9173 I agree but we had a trans woman compete in the weightlifting and 2 intersex athletes in the women's 200m who placed silver and bronze, both have far too high male hormone and cannot compete above 200m due to the unfair advantage it would give them over the women with normal natural levels, I don't think they should be able to compete unless they take drugs to lower their hormone levels or we may as well just let women and men compete against one another. Or else just let the other women take as much male hormone as they want to and then see who wins. They seriously need to look at the current rules and stop them being so unfair to 99.9% of women.

Next thing the Tokyo marathon was elite-only (regular runners were told to not pitch up). Hardly any fans on the route... And BAM! Before you know it, lockdowns were happening all over the world. What I'd give to watch the Brownlee brothers and my countryman Schoeman compete again :'(

The Brownlee brothers are just amazing. How can one family produce the two best triathlon competitors in a global population of 7.5 billion people? It's just unbelievable.

I raced ITU racing for 5 years prior to the Brownlee's and Alistair is likely the most complete triathlete we have ever see. He is exceptional at all three sports, and when he was healthy, like he was here, he was just unbeatable. He would always make the first bike group out of the water. You weren't going to drop him on the bike, and then he was the best runner in the field.
