The young man wasn’t worried about money or fame after his American Idol journey, he’s worried about saying goodbye to his new brothahs and sistahs that he made along the way. Just shows that Iam isn’t really doing this for the fame or fortune, but just that he really enjoys singing and singing is his happy place where he can be with his father. I love this young man, he’s representing the Polynesian culture with so much pride, love, respect, and aloha, I will forever be a fan of him as a singer, but more so as a person. May he be blessed so he can continue to bless others🙏🏽

That’s that Polynesian culture. They put others first regardless. Have stories for days, from their physical strength, to the cuisine, and the the family dynamic. Hung with a group for years and I was the only non Polynesian, they loved me.

You have no idea. I attended tonight's live show. The video and broadcast doesn't tell the half of it. The cheering was SO loud no one could hear Katy's comments. When Luke said "I have no idea what Katy said" he was telling the truth. The crowd was so loud cheering for him you could not hear anything anyone said even from 3 feet away. But he just smiled and appeared not even to understand the cheering. It was also interesting to watch the contestants watching each other and move around to "hang" with people they like. Iam hung with Colin and Oliver all night like they were at a party together just having a great time. Maybe they know any of the three will be hard to beat.

Pretty crazy how fast time flies by. I was in 10th grade when we used to see Iam’s oldest brother lerod walking all their sister’s home from school. Iam would be waiting in the front yard in his diapers sometimes naked (lol) for all his siblings to get home and let the party begin. Glad to see this guy on a big stage and to think we used to get our laughs watching them entertain us then and now he’s bringing a lot of love into this world still entertaining with his music.

America loves this guy. It’s clear from the audience reaction to his performance. Such a pure talent and a voice that is real. He is really special and will be in the finals, top three at least. In a few years I want to spend the evening listening to his hits, his records and his million dollar albums. He just makes all this classics his own.

Tongi is just a humble young man with a pure heart. Just a wonderful example of what a great person is. That cannot be taught it comes from the inside out. From Iam’s Monster audition up until this performance, this young man has grew exponentially as a performer!! From working on opening his eyes, learning to vibe with the audience, performing without his guitar which a lot of people seen as like his pacifier, this young man is putting in work!! He may not be an idol, but the young man is definitely a great role model for how we should progress towards our dreams WHILE having fun!!

Usually the contestants I find most likable unfortunately don't have the talent to make it this far. Iam is truly the best of both worlds. I love each of his performances so much. He does an outstanding job and it is a joy to see someone make it, who I believe deserves this honor.

Be careful. Other whom everyone thought would win didn't, Adam being the best example. Sometimes people assume everyone else is voting for their favorite, and then they don't vote. Vote as if it is YOUR vote that will put him over the top!

The audience reaction will be how they react when he's on tour. He's so loveable, likeable, down to earth, his voice is so pleasing to the ears and his smile and character is so pure and not jaded and biased. You can see he doesn't have the attitude that some other singers have, and he doesn't need it!
