Hello Thanks for the info. I own a 2013 Mustang with an aftermarket Raxion head unit which looks factory. The screen will not change from radio to GPS . I cannot even get into settings. The unit has never been abused or used that much since the car is hardly used and is low mileage. I bought this unit from American Muscle . They have no help for me except for me to buy a new one which is over $699. which I am not gonna do at this price . I be better off installing the factory head unit with no GPS. The unit I have will eventually work sometimes after I Drive a few hours the the button will work for just a few seconds then it stops again. when I got the radio it worked fine for a couple years. I did notice the 4 dot on my screen in settings when the unit was new and I did just as you did that adjustment .. Does this have to be done regularly ??? If i can get into settings . I had to change my battery 2 times since I bought the car new. I am just frustrated I bought this expensive upgraded system to only have a nonworking system. If I can get to the 4 dot adjustement again should I do what you did ?? thanks for your help : )

When I do this, I touch the red dots, but it stops at three and goes back to the other screen. The fourth dot doesn’t turn red. It stops at the third red dot and change the screens.

I used the 5-finger touch but it didn't work. The 4 dots didn't appear even when I put my fingers for more than a minute. The buttons on the left of the screen are not responding to touch.
