He is basically a concept.... The reason why he keeps coming back is because nobody expects him to attack cause he died. Therefore it's a surprise attack, thus his power activates In a way it's immortality.

@@DeathkaiserGthe best part of his power is "you can't too expect it, nor you can not expecting it at all, either way will make you guess/expect some stuff to happen then he proves you wrong and it will be a surprise, ex. He will be back, when you are punching the security, nope, he won't, but he will be back when you're not expecting him to come back because you know he won't come back when you're expecting him, thus somehow he just come back anyway, but not in the way you're expecting him. He is basically the meme "You're expecting no one to protect him, but it is I, Surprise Attack!" And somehow he has changed place with the security. Any scenario can go as long as it's a surprise. He is your "random Childhood event story made up just because you want to one up another story maker" in DnD. Like when you're walking on a street and suddenly a meteor shaped like Putin, hitting the road and make an explosion in the form of Trump Face, and leave a crater in the form of Obama's face, just because you wouldn't expect it, thus it will be a surprise. And it works

Surprise Attack is actually a Pokémon. Don't believe me? Well, we have seen some of Surprise Attack's moves, like stab (I've never seen this move, perhaps Surprise Attack's special move?), transform (Surprise Attack transformed into Eye Touchy in episode 10), dig (seen in episode 11) and some electric type attack (seen in episode 14). Then we also got an ability that revives Surprise Attack if it's surprising enough. And ofc, most importantly: Surprise Attack keeps saying their one name.

He has serious potential, cause despite not being able to see, he CANT miss, as long as he fires that bow, he WILL hit something (that first arrow was probably just for show), he just camt aim, so, as long as someone is literally pointing him in the right direction, he'd be pretty damn good

Weed would actually be an incredible but situational hero. Also if captain obvious wasn't ... obvious, then he would be BROKEN. Shanty is already good, he don't need anything else. Caulks (pause) is also a good one. Carmen too. Cringelord too... man, alot of these characters just get screwed over by the bad ones.

Cringe Lord has cringe aim. However, a lot of the heroes can solo the boss if they don’t have to follow the “new character” introduction rule. Since the bosses entrances are always them vs the cop and/or surprise attack, they are generally safe while the heroes have to introduce their powers instead of attack and catch the boss by surprise. For example, Carmen can totally one shot the boss if he takes the picture from a far without his introduction which allowed the boss to outplay him.
