My dad owned a 1970’s NS-1 back in the late 70’s. It was one of the first ever made. To this day it’s the best bass he’s ever owned, and he kicks himself in the ass for selling it

This is Ian's NS5 that he specked out. It's the first of our newly revised NS basses from our custom shop in Woodstock. Buckeye Burl top, Flame Maple back, EMG J's in "vintage" pickup space w/ HAZ 18v (now with a mid-control), ebony fingerboard, black pearl inlays.

Agreed. Why bother putting up a 1.30 sec vid, regardless of who's playing it, offering very little in regards to the bass you're trying to promote.

It would be nice to hear what it sounds like instead of what it sounds like running through a bunch of effects. No need to hear how it sounds in a practical or useful tone.
