It will be up but not much has happened to Wellpoint in the last month. Oak Hollow and Eden Field have progressed a little.

Thank you amazing how fast they build. We will be down middle of May to purchase our new home not sure where we will end up.

You can do a lot of homework before you come down. Make a list of what your priorities are such as closeness to town centers, food stores, other shopping, rec centers, MCO, overall cost, closeness to family or friends. Also check out the bond costs (I have a video which shows how you can find out the bond costs of new homes) and the millage rates for Lake and Sumter County. Sumter is cheaper and maybe you can find a video describing the difference in tax rate but I think it is about 10-15%. You may also want to consider how deep you want to be within the bubble if you are the type that likes to travel around and see different things in central Florida. You may want to stay away from Meggison Rd or the Turnpike if you don't want to hear road noise. You may want to stay away from Moultrie Creek if you think the school stadium noise will bother you. The Villages has already taken over FL470 in the southern part of their property, so thinking they want to completely change 470 to suit their needs. Not easy to get to Panasoffkee or Sumterville any longer.

I agree. I was coming east from Coleman at night a month ago and I had to stop and pull up Google Maps so I could find my way back to Rt. 27.
