Immigration & Checkpoints Authority have started a new six-month contactless automated clearance trial at Changi Airport Terminal 4 to enhance travellers’ experience.
Under the trial, travellers will be able to clear immigration with just an iris and facial scan. They will no longer need to present their passports or have their thumbprints scanned.
