Bought this iCarsoft MB v3.0 for my w210 ‘99. Didnt work, could only read certain systems, not the engine management. Tried it on my fathers ‘92 w140: nothing at all, couldn’t get in anywhere. I contacted the seller, and they sent me another 38 pin connector, the iCarsoft one. Yesterday tried it again on my w210 e300td and my brothers e300td: still the same. Shitty device if you ask me. Gonna send it back.

Thanks for the video. I have a 1999 mercedes SLK 170 compresor. can I use this tool on it, or must I buy the older version Also if I get a fake scanner, does iCarsoft update work on it.

Hello there, i got 2 question on my x164 i got srs on after replace fuel pum, "i star the car with the sensor disconnected# Second question my w211 i got message on display with errer on air suspension and something i forget to connect one of the air spring after replace. So this scanner can take care that problem??????

I am in the market for icarsoft mb v3, I have R129 SL320 1996, with old 38pin, I have w204 c220cdi and currently buying w211 e220cdi 2005. My main concern is for the w211 and r129 which is the best icarsoft? Thank you.

Hi is there a way of erasing all historic codes in one go? Then I can pin point current faults after erasing the codes. Sorry I'm new to this

Will the MB 3.0 perform diagnostics on my ML350 (OM642) which has had the EPA mandated MB Emissions Modification? MB replaced my ECU as a part of the modification. My iCarsoft MBII won't connect to the new ECU, although it still works for everything else on the car. I'm hoping the MB 3.0 will work on my car. Anyone know this?

@@icarsoft4055 at my car, the airmatic control doesnt work, like it can no reach/support it. Car is a 2017 E63 AMG VIN: WDD2130881A339708 I need help guys, thank you! Basically the error reading and deleting works, nothing else seems to be supported. I bought that diag unit in my country from a trusted dealer.

No key has to be on I have it and my ignition switch is bad tried to hook it up and it won’t read anything says ignition must be on

!!!! DO NOT USE THE SERVICE MENU WITH 38 pin (ODB1) ADAPTER !!! It put my radiator fan at maximum (jet engine) speed and it has been impossible to undo. The car is essentially undrivable. I have contacted icarsoft with the exact sequence/problem and they have not responded. Without their help I will have to go to Mercedes and pay pay pay. Play it safe, do not buy this scanner.😡
