No, the video was sped up a little bit fast. You can tell by how fast the ice cream froze in the video, and how fast the person talked in 18:17.

after watching a few of your videos, i have come to realise that this person is the best at making these ice cream rolls. their actions are very clean, and it doesn't make much of a mess. they are also efficient, fast and precise. praise them for their good work! this person has mastered the art of ice cream rolls.

After watching several of these ice cream roll videos (Love them by the way.), I've been wondering what that creamy liquid is they pour over everything. I thought it was some kind of sweetened condensed milk or something like that. But I see on the top post it says "Vanilla Base", "Cherry Base", "Nutella Base", etc. Can someone please explain to me what these base creams are? Sorry if it's a dumb question, but I'm missing something here.

There's an ice cream place like that near where I live in the U.S. I saw a dude make it in person. It's really cool. I had it with ube ice cream pocky sticks, and mochi with caramel sauce on top. It's called Rolling Factory.
