It's THE season or never to eat ice cream! Here we love coffee in all its forms! And so it was only natural that I created this frozen dessert that makes all the difference after a good meal! This instant ice cream is delicious and quick to make! An ice cream with coffee ice cubes! Nothing's easier ! Good tasting !
Ingredients :
125 ml of water (1/2 cup)
3 teaspoons of coffee
3 teaspoons of sugar
125 ml liquid full cream 30% min/Double cream
2 medium bananas
80ml milk
1 - You can replace the sugar by adding very ripe bananas or maple syrup or date syrup, etc...
2 - The milk can be coconut milk, oatmeal, soy or almond milk or water.
3 - The cream can be replaced by milk (vegan or not).
