Some foods which are completely lack of water are like Sugar & salt instead of there Hagroscopoic properly. Very nice explanation. Thank You ❤️

Since, every foods contain bound water nearly 10%, so they are not frozen easily. If someone wants to freeze maximum bound water. then it needs to be frozen at minus 60 deg C or below this temperature..

Sir , i m going to apply for msc food tech , i just wanted to ask you that after all the hardships and constant struggle , will we(food technologist) be paid to fulfill our dreams in future cause i m ready for the hard work and to learn from it but will it( salary) be all worth it .

But mam wat is the exact objective behind this process ? Is it just for high quality storage or watt ? .. After the food gets frozen Will it cm back to its original phase ?to be edible? . ?? Will it be as nutritious and fresh As it was before frozen ?

Objective is to freeze the food (unit processing) can be utilized for various final goal like preservation.

It will come back to it's original shape after thawing, however, texture, color, flavor losses have reported but still better results than the thermal method of preservation.
