Very pretty. It looked so much darker when you started rinsing it. I was surprised how light it ended up.

Thank you! I never panic about how dark it is until it has had the final wash. I've done a few shirts in the past that I thought were a total loss because they were too dark, and they ended up being perfect after they were washed. 😀

I literally bought a linen shirt at Costco yesterday! I have never dyed a button down shirt, figured it is worth a shot. Going to do a muck and gravity dye.

I love it! I was just shopping Costco online and saw this Lands End shirt I was eyeballing it. It doesn't look like it'd be that flattering, but dyed...YEP that works. I'm going to grab one to dye. Right now, Costco has quite a few dyeable whites. Thank you, Angie. It was kismet for you to post this now. BTW, I noticed we both use the same respirator, too. ;-) I love the way this came out. Absolutely beautiful!

Thank you, I'm glad I could help! I think Costco is a great place to find dyeables. I think the pink and blue options of this shirt would dye up really well too. Even without having to remove color. I hope you're having a great weekend! 😀

Love woodland! Thank you for explaining muck and soda ash. It is starting to sink in why something can soak in muck and not become mucky. The colander is awesome. Is it new? Thanks for the wonderful video and have a great holiday weekend. Stay cool.
