The best piece of gear for fishing the river is a bump board saves so much time and is more accurate than a tape

I fished it for decades in winter and never caught white perch or sheepshead ice fishing

I was beginning to think sheepshead didnt eat in the winter. There are a ton in that river I've seen them on the aqua vu but just never bit. I was ecstatic to catch that one. I've been catching alot of white perch on the ice in there the past few years

Nah I'd never try to gaff a walleye probably wouldnt be easy. Keeps my hands seasoned lol

I just rewatched because I wasn't sure what you were talking about. I only say god dang. After seeing both my parents suffer so badly through cancer, both being wonderful people, I've lost alot of faith. If there is one and he can let people go through that kind of pain and torment then I'm sure his name being spoken isn't going to matter to him. If it does after what I've gone through with the loss of my parents I won't care.
