There could be 3 reasons 1. She decided to voluntarily lose weight, either by exercising or maintaining a diet. 2. Her manager or people who manage her advised her to lose weight to fit into current standards 3. She simply lost weight due to the constant work she has, going on tour, moving constantly, with that amount of energy you expend you lose a lot of weight, the same thing happened with Doja when she was on the Planet Her tour, People's bodies work differently, even though ozempic is considered an epidemic, it does not mean that everyone will use it, it is obvious that when you become famous your life changes drastically, including your habits.

I don't think ice spice is on ozempic. I think similar to Doja Cat, Ice Spice just lost weight because she works out more because she has to keep up her stamina for performances. I forget when this was, but there was a performance Saweetie did and many people were displeased with it. One reason is because they felt like she didn't have enough stamina and breath control.

Ice Spice was never fat or overweight to begin with. She looks like she may have dropped all of 10lbs and toned up. You don’t need Ozempic for that! She’s been rehearsing and dancing more lately to get ready for her tour. That little bit of weight fell off easily. I think her and Megan The Stallion both look amazing with their slightly slimmer, naturally curvy, toned bodies!

Thank you for what u said about height affecting how ur weight loss looks.. I’m short (I like to say 5’2 but … girl….👀 it’s w/my boots on…) & 5lbs looks like 10; sometimes more. I loss some weight due to stress & overworking… wasn’t an obscene amount of weight… but 10lbs on me… looks like a lot & holy fuck the comments… Ppl are disgusting… that’s all I’ll say…I gained my ‘don’t fk with me’ reputation at work because of that whole thing… The shit ppl think it’s acceptable to say… “omg! Are u SICK?!” “Do u even TRY to take care of urself.” & yeah I’m skinny for me… I don’t feel great about it.. But color me stupid, wasn’t the ENTIRE POINT OF BODY POSITIVITY meant to NOT shame & berate ppl for their body?!?

Also some people genuinely don’t understand that you can’t just work out and expect results instantly. You have to actually also change the things you eat and the things you consume; so you can’t just workout and then wonder why things aren’t changing. Now, if it works for some people than that’s fine but it’s definitely not the majority of how our bodies are designed. You have to change what you eat and drink, and also some people just have different bone masses which is fine. Also I HATE when people say “oh you need to eat more” A LOT OF US SKINNY PEOPLE EAT MORE THAN NONE SKINNY PEOPLE!

Your comment made me laugh because there’s a very slim guy at work who is constantly eating, my colleague and I were laughing and saying how it’s always the slim ones who eat what they want, when people like me can look at a loaf of bread for too long and gain weight 😭 For me, I was eating overly processed ‘foods’ which were high calorie, low nutrients, switched to low calorie, high nutrients and feel like I’m eating more now, than ever before

The problem is not being skinny. The problem is the way they’re going about it. There’s nothing wrong if you wanna lose weight in a healthy way and tone down and slim down that’s OK. @@colorfanta Do you understand how GLP1’s work? You can take a small amount and naturally eat less the first few days and your appetite comes back. You lose a few pounds and get used to the medication. Then you can get a higher dose and so on so forth. You can stay on a small dose and still lose 10-15 lbs, especially with exercise. Exercise helps to keep your body looking healthy and your muscles from wasting away. Now imagine if you upped your dose? Ask me how I know.
