Hi Jon! Thanks a lot for taking the time to comment mate 🙏 appreciate your kind words about my videos. 🙏❤️. The DX commander build went really well, really low swr but the noise I received on it was horrendous! I was getting s9 plus 10 on 40 and 20! I couldn't solve it and thought it was local noise so I gave up on HF up until about 5 weeks ago 🤣 I didn't know what to try and ended up going for an efhf antenna (the videos are on the channel) and was super impressed! I am still vertical (mostly) but get S4 noise on 20m and s7 on 40m so it's much more usable now, on the commander I could only ever hear the very strongest of stations! Really appreciate you sticking with me mate 👍 73
