Hey guys, Check out this new attachment to the ‪@hypertherm‬ Plasma cutter. It is called the Hyaccess tip. This was the perfect opportunity to use this tool. I am running the Hypertherm 85 Sync for this job. I know you guys will definitely dig this new toy. Doing this job any other way would have been quite tough. Kick back for a bit and check it out. Super handy. Thanks for the support and Thanks to Hypertherm for sending it.

It's for metal. Sawzall 101, quit using the fine tooth blades on steel, notably thicker steel. Removing old steam heat radiators and piping the blades you imagine are for wood last 5x longer and cut 10x faster than the fine tooth 'metal' blades.

WOW. Hypertherm knocked it out of the park. I have a LE plasma torch regular 90 degree and reworking my smoker. PITA to cut inside the box and I have to accommodate the tip offset and the 90 angle. I sure would love to switch over to your setup especially with that long handle that mimics a acy torch. Problem is I don’t use it for making money. So I’ll just have to keep adjusting and grinding and finding other ways to do my projects. Thanks for all your torch work. Truly a Master.

Hey Issac, I still drag out my old sawzall from time to time as well. Still destroys my shoulder and wrist as well. I've been using the "dish" type cut off wheels that will cut flush with the flat of the blade. I picked up a M12 power hacksaw that uses the standard sawzall blades and find that helpful in thinner metals. The more tools in the box makes the jobs easier. Always great to see real world repairs. Thanks from Wisconsin

Hey Isaac, A thought just came to me you might want to check out. Clint at C&C Equipment was using a Snap-On "air chisel" that also acted as a air powered hammer. He was driving pins out of a "dozer blade". Worked way better than a hammer and chisel. I have an air chisel myself but it is not like what Clint had.

Always enjoy watching your work! Some constructive criticism, have your latches face outward when making picks with multiple leg bridals/chains. The hooks are stronger where the meat of the hook is, causing less wear & tear on them. Also less chance of the chain slipping off the hook or putting pressure on the latch and breaking it
