Sometimes it's super hard to control your anger. Even the people who works in the judiciary can't able to control their emotions in such situations. Law system should needs to be in touch with reality. It needs to be flexible enough to understand people's compulsion. I mean as long as someone proves it's innocence it's fine. If a person proves that he takes someone's life for a reason it should be justified. Atleast punishment given must be lenient like a period of anger management, community service or some amount of fine..

The Justice System in USA works its just that its too "SOFT".. If you killed someone cruely and for no reason or for a immoral reason then you should be killed yourself and not after 20 years in jail and then given the Death Penalty. If you are given Death Penalty it should be done within 2 years.. and if you are given Life in Prison you should not be given 3 meals a day, hot bath, sitting around playing cards and watching TV with other scumbags.. You should be given 1-2 meals a day and hard labour... and if you refuse you should be put in a walled room with a magazine.

i mean the judicial system is there for a reason, taking the law into your own hands like this means you lose your freedom, which any logical person would realize would make the grieving so much harder because you now lose your freedom AND your mother, it's a braindead decision logically, he's clearly thinking with his emotions instead of with his head

@@hanabal898 The US judicial system follows the line of The Enlightenment. It grew directly from the UK/ France and traces back to Justinian. That framework is all New Testament. Even if we were to ignore the fact that the settlers were Protestant we can at the very least say that all criminals are due process. Justice and vengeance are very different concepts in English English and in American. Even in the most backwards of states where execution is still practised an execution is not considered just until guilt has been proven. We used to misuse mob justice in the UK a few hundred years ago. It was a horrific system that ended up forcing more power into the hands of the ruling class.

Death is too good for that murderer. He deserved his day in court and a long sentence. I hope that son has a light sentence, but we have laws for a reason. Can't have the old west out there.

Unfortunately, current America will portray him as a gun-toting murderous Nazi because of his skin color and the fact that he owns a gun. What's worse is the District Court will side with his mom's murderer beacuse current politics dictates that law and common decency is illegal.
