이번 이데아 무대 중에는 뮤직뱅크가 가장 포인트들 잘 잡아준 것 같다고 느껴짐,, 물론 주관적이지만,, 중간중간 카메라로 잘 보고싶은 부분들은 죄다 카메라가 잘 잡아준 것 같음 진짜,, 알을 깨고 시작하는 인트로- 태민의 은혜로운 얼굴 클로즈업으로 시작해서, 교차편집도 진짜 기가 맥히고요,, 무대 세팅 자체도 천국과 지옥의 대비처럼 아주 예쁘고,,, 암튼 그냥 이번 이데아는 진짜 뮤뱅 무대가 갠적으로 최고,, 뮤직뱅크 관계자분들, 태민이 무대 신경써주셔서 정말정말 감사합니다 ㅠㅠㅠㅠ

개인적으로 이데아 무대는 뮤뱅이 제일 좋다! 내가 사랑하는 깐탬 그리고 생각지도 못 한 의상,, 번쩍이는 비즈(?)들과 블랙 색상 수트가 반은 천사 반은 악마(?)같은 느낌을 준다! 그리고 무대에 따라 밝은 조명과 어두운 조명이 각각 절묘하게 사용되어 무대가 더 극적인 것 같다,, 이상 알못인 샤월 영상 감탄하며 리플 길게 달고 갑니다 뮤뱅 사랑해요

I agree with you he's an excellent performer. Most of these vocals are pre recorded to sound live tho. It's a shame because I'm sure he could sing this live very well especially because he has so much experience. I'm not discrediting him, as you said this choreography is incredibly hard and he's performing solo, plus he probably didn't take the decision himself, but idk i wanted to say it bc this kinda irritated me -_-

@@sirdromos2769 yeah that’s the purpose of these pre recorded vocals. You could clearly hear when it was just the playback and when the the vocals were layered on top. But the way his mouth moved is not how it would actually look to sing live and singing so perfectly while jumping and dancing those moves is just not possible, even for a singer like Taemin. Idk if there were moments where he actually sang live, but singing live requires a lot more articulation then what u can see here. But again, I don’t see it as a bad thing and I love Taemin and his performance

The best stage! Taemin's live vocals, his performance is world-class, the stage looks amazing and the backup dancers delivered! It is unfair to compare Taemin to other performers today because he is just on a different league. I am proud to be a fan.

I totally agree! He should guest star on such shows as a mentor that he is. At this point him taking part in mushows is something beyond my comprehension - I mean what is there to compare??? He is top world class performer far above anyone else!

As an older kpop stan, I’m so happy taemin is able to make this type of music mainstream. The choreography-laiden, dramatic, sometimes androgynous concept is something i think xia junsu pushed for but couldn’t quite reach the same success as taem (tarantallegra, flower anyone?) ofc because of certain restrictions after leaving tvxq. I’m just happy that this type of music and concept that was somehow ahead of its time during xia junsu’s time is able to take flight in the form of taemin. No hate meant guys. I’m just being appreciative and happy that i get to see stuff like these mainstream as compared before :)

You mean SMP right? (SMP = SMPerformance genre) Yeah it was big in past during TVXQ's Oh Jung Ban Hup, Mirotic and SHINee's Lucifer, Sherlock, and Everybody eras. SM was known for this but somehow one day they dropped it. BTW, IDEA is Taemin's idea (no pun intended), he chose this track as title track, made adjustments, came up with concepts and many more - basically he had major control on what he releases nowadays. So I'm not if he wants to bring back SMP or if this is just for his solo - as he has creative freedom behind it or whether overall SM has plans to bring it back and make SM idols perf it.

The lighting change @ 0:57 is one of the most beautiful and dramatic effects I've ever seen in a live performance. Taemin is a master performer.

At first, I was like "oh, he's lipsyncing", becuz it sounded exactly like the track,....but then I heard him breathing while singing and the P-pronounciations,....and I was shooketh, becuz it would've been absolutely ok if he lipsynced with THAT choreography, but he even sang the high note and adlips perfectly. We stan talent, we stan Taemin.
