What kind of cards are you hoping to see in your starting hand with this deck? As a general rule of thumb? I lost to ramp Vader twice today in a tournament

@@chrisybarra108 Depends on matchup. Ramp Vader is probably a bad matchup and you will want to go fast, but I think that will be tough. Your ideal start is probably Regional Governor naming Superlaser Technician.

Today in a 17 guys tournament. Main -1 ruthles -1 palpa (i just have one) +2 cargo juggernaut Side -1 systen patrol +1 cargo 2-0 vs sabine 2-0 vs Green Vader (inquisitors, sables, etc) 2-1 vs Leia 2-1 vs Green vader ("normal list') Great deck!

Something I would want to see in deck reviews is a short summary how the deck plays into the perceived strongest decks in the meta.

Love this deck. I made a few modifications and at a constructed deck event I beat 3 Boba green decks in a row with Iden.

Quick question: why don’t add more ground sentinel units in order to slow Aggro Sabine? It surprised me using blue and only adding one. Thanks @towernumbernine

In my opinion Sabine has a bunch of ways around Sentinels (Saboteur, direct damage, switching lanes, SpecForce Soldier) so they aren't really super effective. Cell Block Guard is nice but I wouldn't want to overinvest.

Any thoughts on adding General Viers? I don’t have the cards to make this deck fully so I added a few force cards for now. Also I think I’m sub #1000!

@@MeepleonFire Sorry for the late reply, for some reason the ping didn't work. In those matchups I would likely side out Cell Block Guard and System Patrol Craft in exchange for the extra copies of Avenger and Palpatine and the three Vanquishes.

@@TowerNumberNine thanks! You're still playing that deck? I had really rough match ups againts hard control! I see you're playing a Chirrut now, the regional governors helps againt hard control too? (superlaserblast is a nighmare against him)

Not a fan of regional governor. I find it can be taken out relatively easily, so doesn’t really impact the game too much. Thinking with all the ways damage can be done, adding First Legion Snowtrooper might be a good replacement. Thoughts?

I think regional gov is really good if you know your opponents deck well and you have a lot of reps against it. Hard to say. You could lean more into aggro I guess

My opinion is that Iden is better than Krennic for this build because she has more healing and higher immediate impact on the board when deployed. Additionally, many of the units used in this deck do not have high HP, which means that Krennic's ability is less likely to benefit. I think that if you are running Vigilance/Villainy/Command, Krennic may well do that better than Iden, but I think Iden works better for Vigilance/Villainy/Aggression.

Crazy how the game released a few days ago and we already have a “meta” - with that being said, I truly hope this doesn’t turn into mtg where there are only two, maybe three, top decks and the rest are just sub par. Would love to see many different types of competitive decks and the winner is more skill and luck on the draw.

Right now there are like 3 top decks - but keep in mind this game only has one set right now. I feel like this game will end up having a decent meta with 3-5 top decks.

@@rebelresource so I suppose my question is: how can you guys have or know the top decks at this point in the game? Did your group of people have access to the cards well before the pre-release? I suppose that’s what I’m saying, there shouldn’t be enough games played or data to determine what these top decks are. I know “some” people will have make copies of the cards and played, but I wouldn’t trust anyone if they claimed to know what the top decks are… considering the game hasn’t become public yet. Am I missing something?

@@brailleeulogy120Just because there's A meta doesn't mean it's a solved meta. Right now, we know X decks are most popular and from them Y decks are performing best. Is it a solved meta? Unlikely, it's probably going to continue to evolve.
