(c) Each separate use of a communication device is a separate offense under this section. (d) Any person who violates this section upon conviction is guilty of a Class C felony. Tramadol is basically the weakest synthetic opioid almost comparable to a strong Kratom extract but it can be prescribed off label for other things than just pain. So yea it’s an opioid, however some peoples bodies like myself don’t absorb it well so it depends on your genes. I once took about 10 and literally didn’t feel a thing. He should be on Subutex or Suboxone since I think they are phasing out Subutex. But in my experience Kratom especially the extracts hit harder than tramadol.
