Man i love going motorcycle riding but when you're with irresponsable and idiots on the road you have to be ready for anything, this guys on their motorcycles are too confident and have no sense of danger

Yep, only reason I don't ride a motorbike. Everything makes sense for me to ride a motorbike as my work has no carpark, but plenty of free bike parking near by, but I don't trust everyone else.

Yup. I'd love a motorbike, I live in a great part of the world for it and I'd love to have a cheaper and lower emissions way to travel. But I did a lot of cycling as a teenager and I learned that about 1% of drivers wouldn't care if they killed me while another 10% or so are so incompetent and inattentive that it's just luck keeping them from hitting me. The consequences of getting hit in a car are bad, but nothing compared to getting hit on a bike.

You have better visibility into cars so you can see the morons.

Street racers are a plague in LA

As a person who got into a major car crash, you can't always make noise afterwards. I couldn't breathe for about 30 seconds after my accident.

They’re usually put out on roads where a lot of accidents happen, there’s one by my house because someone didn’t see the original stop sign and hit a house, so they put up a flashing one to prevent that from happening again

They have one near me cause a fatal accident happened at that intersection
