That chicken wasn’t cooked all the way that why it was hard to shred if it was done it would have fell apart

I agree, the chicken was not cooked! I love this family and would hate for the children to get salmonella! Chicken must be thoroughly cooked!

@@user-ez1lp5yj2mwell if America had good food it wouldn't matter, but their food is trash, the cows, the chickens and everything else are given antibiotics the food Is tasteless and bland, it has to be spiced up to even taste like food. Nothing is organic.. I this mother has been cooking for her family without the help of nasty online judges. They look very very healthy to me. Her African mother taught her very well, so she doesn't need lectures from other people who did not bring her up.

Love seeing Jordan, although he was not the sous chef today. I think it’s great the way you love and prepare for your family. Sis, you know I am a supporter of your channel but I have to be honest as I am a classically trained the chicken was undercooked. Also, the traditional Waldorf salad does not have bell peppers. Now, I understand if you want to make it your own twist then you really should chop the bell peppers into small pieces and not long strips.

Sometimes the chickens look like that when it is bruised in the store, I always throw mines away when it has that dark color in it

With all due respect, she has been cooking for a long time and I’m pretty sure she wouldn’t give undercooked chicken to her family. Sometimes the coloring can look different on video.. Be blessed
