@@bonnenouvelle8845 because I got sick from it several years ago when I was taking cortisone and it is difficult for infectious disease specialists or pulmonologists to find it. I did treatment for 3 years

My mother has nocardia in the lungs. She is old and the antibiotics she needs to take will kill her. If she doesn't take them, the nocardia will kill her. What else can she take? Even natural things. Anything????

@@annanastasiadi090212 Thanks for your concern Anna. I appreciate it more than you know. Yes it had spread to her brain. Unfortunately her immune system stopped working with the antibiotics. Mum passed away on the 7th of Jan 2021. She was in hospital and my brother and I were there, plus grandkids. It was her choice to be kept comfortable as she was surrounded with family when she left us. The strange thing was that she asked for permission to go from my brother and I. She had been fighting it for so long. Poor thing. I flew 5000km to be there with her. I’m glad the doctor called me and said I should get there ASAP. It’s a strange feeling. Mum had always been there. Now she’s out of pain and discomfort and that’s a good thing.

@@achillies40 I wish I had seen your message earlier. I'm very sorry for your mother. We could have discussed it. It's rare. Good heavens and I wish you all the best. Be careful
