I had sepsis After loosing my spleen in car accident

I had to have a splenectomy because I was bleeding and when I went into surgery I had 2,000 platelets. I hemorrhaged after surgery and had to go back into surgery and got 9 pints of blood and almost didn't make it. Then I threw a pulmonary embolism and then I grew two accessories spleens on my pancreas and had to go back into surgery because I was bleeding again from ITP. I don't believe I've ever felt completely healthy after that and that's been over 28 years ago. I'm in the medical books up there at OHSU😉

sound quality was shaky, possibly could have been improved with better michrophone scheme. on content, a bit lacking on the topic of continuous infections and the issue of antibiotics.
