@@forthright4882 like he said, you have to learn to use your own brain even while following his recipes. Because ingredients he is using and you are using are different. One should have the knowledge to tweak the recipe to suit your conditions.

If anyone praises i will say thank you and if anyone criticize then i willl reply "u have to use ur brain and tweak accordingly"

You have to understand that the people who had success with his recipes are far far far far far more than those who failed. But with your recipes everybody will fail. Get the difference?

Dosa gurinchi exactly I feel the same. I was in Mumbai for 5 years and people were crazy about dosas. I always used to tell them , arey dosa ante idhi kadhu ra Babu ani. I used to make them dosa to show them the taste of the actual dosa
