Very good message to other IAS officers to understand their. Short comings in understanding their field staff and motivate them in proper way to get things done. That is real maturity level for an IAS. We find many IAS officers use filthy words, demotivating shouting at filed staff and they give least important to understand the lower level staff. I think other IAS officers to follow her advice..

Yes! These 10yrs no appointments n interviews. Eppudu any small youtubers kuda she gives interview bcoz to project her innocence towards BRS scam... To gain public intention n uproar her version.. Anyway she is inspiration to women. Keep rocking

I think, she is giving all these interviews after 10 yrs, because she might want to signal the new government about her willingness to work here in/for the state. If that is the case, it's a sad state of affairs, where bureaucrats have to choose such ways to convey their intent. They, especially the competent ones, should be above the politics and political idealogies, and shouldn't group (and shouldn't be) with a particular (political) side...
