The First Hong Kong Film Service Logo (2:57) is from "Older Master Cute Part II" (七彩卡通老夫子：水虎傳) (1982) The Second Hong Kong Film Service Logo (3:07) is from "Older Master Cute Part III" (山T老夫子) (1983)

7:55 Logo: We see an extreme close up of an yellow three-dimensional minuscule "t" looking up and "f" looking down. It then zooms out with a light and then flashes, taking over the whole screen to reveal a space background, almost a la IMAX 1st logo. A numerous joint of blue big-like sparkles emit to form the blue chinese text in the bottom of the minuscule letters by order from left to right and then the text in white, "TAYLOR FILM AND VIDEO PRODUCTION CENTRE" would appear in the bottom of the text, thanks to the blue sparkles that emitted and formed it. The minuscule letters then shine. FX/SFX: The close up of the minuscule letters, the sparkles and said letters shining. Cheesy Factor: Pretty choppy and Very fast animation for it's time, actually. It's very dated, but that's not just it. The first part seems too closed up to us more than usual, so we can see only yellow text. And the sparkles would have got more effort onto it, notice that is only one frame emitting to the right. Also, the recording is too awful, notice (again) once when the sparkles end at the chinese text, the background then gets out of control at a frame. What the hell is this thing? Music/Sounds: A drumroll, and then a majestic, bombastic-enough fanfare that consist in only four notes, with the last note being held. Sometimes, it's silent. Availability: Unknown. We cannot decide if they showed any film, but it's very rare inside Hong Kong. Go ahead and check your PAL tapes to see what movies had this logo, but it's probably seen on Chut si kei bing. Scare Factor: Low to high, depends on someone feeling bad memories of the close-up of the text, sudden sparkles and bombastic fanfare. The scare factor may vary for those who used to it, as the nature of the logo is cheesy enough to reverberate people.

5:11 On a black background, we see a filmstrip drawing to to the bottom, and then we see a semicircle facing to the right at 90 degrees, and then a green rectangle doing the same as the other two things. Then, a white circled square flashes with the filmstrip, semicircle and rectangle all at once, so the red chinese text, along with their traduction in yellow-gold, "PAO HANG FILM (H.K.) CO." and chinese text in the bottom of the traduction, appear. The logo then freeze frames and then we cut to black. FX/SFX: All in 2D animation, which isn't as bad anyways, but... Cheesy Factor: They had said animation to be easily made in a shoestring budget. The three things on the circled square should display "PH" while really it says "PL". The chinese text at the bottom of the traduction is unnecessary too. Also, the recording's WAY too choppy, not to mention the freezeframe while the whole animation stops. Music/Sounds: A majestic, triumphant and loud fanfare, that it reminds you of the Akurama Film (Indonesia) logo. Availability: Unknown. The logo has nowhere to be seen for outside their birthplace, But if you live in Hong Kong, it can be seen exactly on the movies listed here: hkmdb.com/db/companies/view.mhtml?id=2379&display_set=eng Scare Factor: Medium. The loud fanfare and the shoestring animation are sure to unnerve and disjoint some chinese people, but otherwise is harmless, due to the film being in low quality.

4:17 - "Prestige Logo 1"(not to be confused with "Prestige Logo (a)") by Paddy Kingsland, from KPM Music Library. Shared with 7 mm. Film Production, Film City Production(combined with "Expectation", also by Paddy Kingsland, and an unknown fanfare), Headmen Productions, T & M International Film(the video at here has a different fanfare), Video Trade, and, more familiarly, René Malo Video(where it got an informal name, "René Malo theme"), it was featured on KPM 77(The Effects Machine), with most of its contents were featured on most 80's HK logos.

Hong Kong - Version 1 - This is a cool logo but is a little ugly. Version 2 - Very Improved. Thank you. Hung Bun - Lumpy Bun. And what's the Hung Stand for? Lau - SEVEN MM! Mandarin - SAY WHAT?
