Hii Adam! I grew up seeing you teach English and grow old. When I first watched your video, I was just 8 yrs old. Hello Adam... I need your guidance on my English Diagnostic test held in my college which includes essay writing and summarizing paragraph . What's challenging is 400 word essay that can be on any arbitrary topic so how to manage and plan that essay is really critical along with taking care of coherence while writing the essay . Hello Sir, I hope you could help me with understanding this doubt I have. In the following sentence, "One of my friends who live/lives in Dubai is visiting me this weekend.", should I use singular or plural verb in the adjective clause?Also, does it refer to the singular noun "one" or the plural noun "friends"? I thought we should always use singular verb because, in the "one of..." expression, we only care about what the singular noun(one) does. I hope what I am trying to say makes sense.
