And finally we can see in the book of Revelation how the false prophet will perform signs for people to believe in the Antichrist. Therefore, it is not the gifts themselves that define a servant of God, but rather their fruits. I have recently became Muslim and I was a Christian for the first 19 years of my life. Everyone in my family is also a Christian. However, I took the time to notice the Bible has many inconsistencies and contradictions. Read Matthew 1:1-17 and Luke 3:23-38 these are the genealogies of Jesus and both scriptures give two drastically different accounts. Also read Act 1:18 and Matthew 27:5, these verses give two drastically different accounts concerning the death of Judas. 2 Kings 8:26 and 2 Chronicles 22:2 give two different ages for when Ahaziah became king. There are more contradictions however this is what I could remember off the top of my head. These are not scriptures that could be taken out of context given that they state events. The word of God should not have any room for contradictions or confusion that is why I invite you to read and study the Quran, God’s perfect word.

@@franklinagodi8828 I've read the Quran. It's got contradictions too (Surah 6:100-101 and Surah 39:4). It also makes God seem dishonest in Surah 4:157. The Judas contradiction can be resolved in some fairly simple ways--he was hanged and then fell. Ahaziah's age can be resolved based on how official his coronation was and when the previous king died.

There can also be another reason; and that is that because we believe that non-believers, they changed many verses from bible, and it is also said in quran. From my point of view: This verse can be one of the verses that has been changed. Because Allah almighty knows what will happen if he refer himself as a father of a pure soul, and in surah ikhlas he clearly says that he doesn't have any child. So this verse cannot be true. And if this verse is true, why any other prophets doesn't said that he is my father? This can be clearly a false verse, which was made by non-believers. Another reason is that, when prophet esa was came, people was claiming his to be the son of God, so why would prophet esa will say that he is my father where as he knew that people are claiming him to be the son of God............ Please do not believe in such verses from bible

Jesus didn't die he just ascend to heaven so he can call this holy spirit to go into those who believe and help them through the right path. sadaalmady i think he was always both but when he was on earth he fulfilled his tasks as prophet and when he returns he will fulfill his tasks as Messiah (killing the antichrist / the anti Messiah/ Dajal) But yes he was also the Messiah when he was on earth
