If I had the habit of reading books regularly, i would write sentences without any mistakes. If I have had the habit of reading books constantly, i could have written sentences without any mistakes. Mam i have written three sentences for three types. Please do the correction mam.thank you mam

Excellent! Sentences 1 and 2 are correct. In the third one, we have to use the past perfect tense in the if clause.

No, it's 'had studied', not 'had had studied'.

Type 1 If he 'clears' the exam... Type 2 and Type 3 are correct. You should use the article 'an' before 'IPS Officer'.
