I did the 10 days retreat by Goenka already twice (2019 in India and 2021 in Switzerland), this year will do finally a retreat over NYE, which I wanted to do for a long time( from 26 Dec to 1 January). Would love to exchange with you afterwards ! Kudos to you for suggesting Vipassana to your followers, especially those, like me, with complex childhood trauma, attachment and abandonment wounds can benefit from it ....Learning to meditate was a game-changer for me when it come to self-regulation.

@14:24 Try the yifeng pressure point. I get ringing in the ears sometimes like a morsecode like fluttering, and I press into the point behind my ear for a few minutes at the corner where the jawline hinges. It really helps it stop for me.

I did this but not sustainable cause then they get you once they get the pain and it never lives yp to what they imagine in their head - if you wanna walk away and cause pain but never go back sure but once you “scratch the itch” a lot of times they stop caring again.

When I look back, this year I've kind of been a bitch to men. And its kind of unvoluntary I simply decide to focus on myself. And if it's not living up to my expectation I tell them wirh confidence. They went lick their wounds for couple of month and are all coming back cause that activate the chase. I just wonder if they won't come just for the hunt tho
