Somehow, Shawn kind of reminds me of my maternal-sister's paternal-brother. In different ways, though. See, Shawn thinks that because his best friend and Topanga are no longer together, that ends _his_ connection to Topanga. In a *somewhat* similar way, the half-brother thinks that despite _our_ connections to _our_ sister, it doesn't connect _us two._ I once overheard him tell our sister that. He doesn't want to interact with me or my mom (who had married and divorced his dad before he was born), since we don't relate to him. Don't you guys think that's shallow?

I wasn't cool with this. Topanga doesn't get to control how Shawn feels about her or demand that he stay friends with her. She has every right to break up with Corey; what she doesn't have a right to do is dictate how everyone feels about it and make them still like her or make her feel that they accept her actions. Topanga was toxic af. Cory needed to run.

to be openly honest, Topanga drove Corey crazy, threw the later half of the series. she tested him, in ways he didn't like, she lied about the reasons behind it and even went so far as to drag Corey's only brother, into it. Eric never really liked her, he eventually showed he wasn't scared of her, in the Halloween episode, fittingly titled, dead man knocking. she didn't want him around, when she and Corey had their first child. which explains Eric didn't know about Riley, until after her little brother came along. he decided to scare the crap out of his sister in law, because she abused his trust in his brother. Corey showed how far he'd go, when he found his own younger brother, with Eric's help and Chet's power tools, they scared Topanga so bad, that she couldn't even look at sugar sculls, without crying. It was an unaired episode, because of its attachment to the day of the dead. however, the head of programming at universal contacted the head office at the American broadcasting company and told them, that if they kept doing that the federal casting commission would contact the federal bureau of finance and have them defunded for over a years time. which made it very clear, that politics and religion have no place in tv. so, it was later aired, under the title, three men and a pumpkin. it had the same impact and showed that the guy playing Corey had gotten tired of how, the woman playing Topanga treated him. He still doesn't care how smart she is, he'd had enough of her taking over whole episodes and making it her show. it wasn't Topanga meets parenthood or Topanga meets motherhood or even Topanga Lawerance, super lawyer, it was boy meets world. apparently, fans of the actress playing the character, as shown in many comment sections across the internet, who hate members of the savage family, wanted the character Corey brutally murdered, in favor of a relationship for their beloved Topanga and their tv wonder boy Shawn. I'd read longer posts then this one at that point, detailing the soap opera like ways, these sick lunatics, wanted the title character to die at that point, in favor of their queen of hearts becoming the lead character. thankfully, the people running the moderation system at KZfaq saw these depraved sociopathic psychopaths for what they really were, underage basement trolls who took over their older siblings accounts and started spamming that disturbing diatribe, only to pull the accounts of the offending people. as a side note, anyone regardless of age, should never post things like what I mentioned on any site. I don't care who you are, what religion or nationality you are or what gender you identify as, don't post anything like that, what I mentioned above, regarding celebrities. their job is to entertain people, they're not liars, it's called acting. if anyone out there, comes at me for posting what I do, please take into account that the Simpsons joke about the internet watching people, isn't a joke. there are always people watching you online. even if it's not human, it's still watching, always.
