During this same scene Nolan had explicitly told Mark that his actions on earth were ordered by the Viltrum Empire, IE his actions up until this point are typical for the take over of a planet, and therefore these likely all fall under the warcrimes. If these are his actions on Earth and the Flaxan dimension what reason doe we have to believe that the others were any different? (The only reason this would not be an "innocent until proven guilty" situation is because he IS admitting the truth.)

I'd argue what he did to the flaxins was genocide, there were alot of scenes of minor crimes (like property dmg and tampering with evidence), and any scene he and Mark share is child abuse/neglect/endangerment/ any other word that means bad

The ironic thing about Omni-Man is that he looks like J Jonan Jameson which means the head of Daily Bugle has become the one thing he so despises: a menace, an Avenger-level menace.
