To be fair, it could be a DreamWorks movie instead. As their movies are typically edgier, raunchier etc. Besides that, they also broke away from common tropes, like Shrek or HTTYD. The concept of food worshiping humans as gods could work though, even if it's a really dark kids movie. AE, Brave Little Toaster and The Secret of Nihmn.
