Not chewing on other people's chewing gum instead be the one who gives them something to chew on.. Add your own flavour. That's what an entrepreneur is... If you are good at it. .only your sales would tell you that. This game it's all about good bombarding marketing...

This man is giving out free knowledge. He is a millionaire who could be charging hundreds of thousands for the info he gives out. Free seminars, emails providing helpful insight & financial literacy. People who find him boring are the same people who are broke 9-5ers who complain about their job but are too lazy to be an entrepreneur

My Uncle is an accountant for the State Of Maryland. One Year before retirement after giving almost 30 Years of his life to them they got rid of everyone who was about to retire and told them you will not be receiving your full pension ,benefits or Medical And if you want to continue to work it will be on a Part time basis. My Buddy is going through the same thing after giving a Company 22 Years of his Life And yet he still holds Hope. It makes me very Angry And Sad that they don't understand or believe in what your preaching ! I on the other hand in my 40s am taking my life in my own Hands And Started my Own Company thanks to Your advice ! Thanks Robert 🙏🏼

Of course, the government says that private businesses laying-off near-to-retirement employees is illegal, but it's perfectly okay for the government. DO NOT DEPEND ON THE GOVERNMENT FOR ANYTHING, especially your retirement after you're unable to continue working full time. Dig your well before you're thirsty.

@Darth Evil something i wished i had learned early but lucky for me i caught on in my mid 40s and started taking action and taking charge of my Life And financials now ! Its never to late to make a difference of some kind when it comes to Your Life. There was a lady that decided to go to college at 90 some Years old and got a degree. When asked why she said its something i always wanted to complete in Life but never did and it was extremely satisfying.
@BirdsR
@BirdsR 4 жыл бұрын
@Darth Evil most College educated people end up working for the guy who either never finished high school or dropped out of College. There's a reason for that ! We don't like to be told we can't ,or the word no or your wrong. We are free thinking ,stubborn And self driven. We Excel in ways that others do not. If i do something and get it wrong i go back to the drawing board and won't stop till its figured out. We are highly motivated And self driven to the point of insanity lol. Me personally I'm a information Hound. While most pay someone to educate them on situations i like being my own teacher. I Love a Good Challenge. I refer to myself as the Pitbull of the information World lol. I started late in life but once the lightbulb clicked on there was no stopping me. Ill be in that 1% of Wealthy or die trying, that's how driven i am and the sick part of that is that i truly enjoy the insanely brutal hours ,lonely days and nights And challenges that come with starting a business. Guess i got Problems lol

One of things to remember. A lot of jobs dont want you to learn or come there to learn. Because that means either you plan to move up, build opportunity outside of work or find a better opportunity. Definitely learn how to sell. Every job i had. Companies paid my training and travel. Because I knew how to communicate and sell myself. Once I learned the products. I could sell those. But before that. You have to sell yourself first.

As an employee, you're already a salesman. You're selling your time and effort for a salary, one to one. The thing is you got a crap agreement with a company, which is an easy deal that doesn't take any amount of brain and it makes you very dependant and allows you to turn off your brain.

There is plenty of specifics, you like many just want 100% step by step results. That's not how it works. In 2008 with residential, you had to get cash somehow to buy deals as the banks and foreclosing banks wanted nothing to do with anyone without cash. As thing things got better years ago, banks and the government would back you. Now we're near the nose bleed section with more regulations so low down with no personal guarantees helps plus select commercial deals are good. How can you go step by step tin anything entrepreneur? See what I mean? Step by step works for a job. Taking risk to learn a system you create is how business works.

Hey richdad channel. You asked what is the most important skill for an entrepeneur? But alot have said alot of skills that we all have. But to me my most powerful quality has been my understanding of the employee world and i understand that the reality is that my value will always question it...will always negotiate it...will always search for more and research(knowledge is power). Long story short i go about things that Human Resources would legitimately disqualify them. Cuz in my mind i would even question the HRs qualification to judge me or my value. In short...my most powerful trait would be...my knack that does not think employee. And remembering that jobs are a vegas machine that the employee always loses. Reminds me never to change my thinking.

Afterwards I tried to get into the real estate world but then the industry crash occurred in 07 and by the time it recovered lots of changes had been made as far licence requirements. Is this the only way or is it just a suggestion as far as being financially free ?

Chris Baker A waiter “takes” nothing. They have to earn that tip. I have no problem leaving a waiter nothing, IF they don’t give good service. I used to wait tables. It’s very hard work if you want to have a good night (TIPS), you have to give great service to your customers. I’ve seen too many waiters just expect a tip for being the waiter. Sorry, they have to earn it.
