To the *incredible person* seeing this, I wish you all the best in life❤ don't over blame yourself, accept things and go forward. Don't let others define what “success” is for you. Get up, learn the skills needed and get after it, all the keys to a happy life is in your hands. Keep pushing.

100% about the mental health crisis due to the exposure to SM and comparing ourselves, putting ourselves down, feeding our insecurities falling deeper into depression and taking us further away from our true selves. Our true selves which is simply to be free as we are, accepting that beauty is diversity and diversity is beauty. To not have to change ourselves to "fit in". The fact that these issues exist just goes to show the messages society has been telling us and conditioning us growing up, are all false and insecure. The furthest from truth and love. Anyone reading this always remember you are beautiful as you are, you are talented, you have strengths and weaknesses as do we all, and you do not need validation from anyone other than yourself! Accept yourself, love yourself and fill yourself with such confidence that NO ONE can take that from you. The closest and most important relationship we'll ever have with anyone in life is with ourselves and God/Universe. We come into this would alone and shall leave it alone too. So live spreading what love, and kindness you can, living your best life, and never forgetting things ALWAYS change with time. All is temporary. Wishing everyone much peace, love and good health

I listen to On Purpose on the way too work most mornings. No doubt, it keeps me motivated because I am stuck as a 33 year old not doing what I love and consistently seeing people post their successes and doing what they love. I really hope I can figure a way out of my situation. Being depressed silently behind closed doors isn't great and putting on a brave face in front of family and friends isn't great either. Thank you Jay. These podcasts and videos are keeping me on a level.

The instructors voice is very soothing and pleasant to listen to. I am easily able to sit successfully through the entire CD, and for quite some time after. I cannot adequately express how tremendously helpful this CD has been on my spiritual journey!! Two thumbs up and 10 stars!

Such a shame that 'this' is not taught in school. why don't we learn how to get to know ourselves, how to find purpose, how to be better people for ourselves and others, why do we all struggle with so many of the same problems but don't talk about them and work against each other instead of helping each other.. thank you so much for this very inspiring video. I will do my best to implement this in my life and share it with others ❤️

The old adage - what did you love as a child? That is your clue. I loved animals and art. But I was advised that I had to be able to earn a living, so I needed skills. I got them and they served me well. But I was "adulting" which was important. My children are grown, my marriage is long since over, and I am doing the thing I came here to do. My life feels so much more fulfilling than ever. Demand the Universe shows you your path, then get quiet. It will come.

I love the part about making sure that you are clear on how you define certain words vs how someone else defines the same words. For example, my definition of "Dating" means I like someone more than friends and I have been going on a series of dates with them so I can get to know them better to see if he's boyfriend potential. "Boyfriend" means I am in an official committed relationship with the person. I've discovered that many people think when I say "Mike and I are dating" and "Mike is my boyfriend" they tend to think I mean the same thing. But to me, I may be dating Mike, but he is not my boyfriend.
