I am 42 years old and couldn't figure out why my hands and elbows ache, or why I feel so hungry after a meal or snack. My former manager introduced me to your book(glucose Goddess) this past January! Let me just say Thanks so much Jessie❤❤❤❤! I stepped out on faith asking God to guide me through your 4 week method. Not only has this method changed the way I eat my meals but also my aches and pains are gone. I know longer crave processed food. My cholesterol is in a normal range now and I am losing weight. I feel so much better. I am telling everyone I know about this method. It works!

ever been a relationship with your best friend or just a relationship , been like even though i just talked to you called you or just saw you i miss you & want to see you all the time or everyday but not in a crazy obsession kinda of way that's equal or mutual feelings that doesn't fade away or work on just one partner in a relationship or feeling downed because the other cant keep up with your kinda of energy or needs or wants out of life then becomes dismissive or plays you off to like that doesn't make any sense & only making money makes sense above making a familia love & success together , **ok to highlight this not like im studying or studenting **also not to talk about your marriage in between what your wife is or was saying at that moment about fighting she doesnt want actually fighting she wants passion that intensity without actual arguementally damaging at least i think that is exactly what she meant about fighting , ppl are visual learners sometimes its nice with the right ppl or relationships because i know its not all about teaching or watching hearing writing viewing or un viewing a book like a book plug invasive viewers or outsiders in or out of your relationships can effect them also not using this as venting or gossiping or rambling on the relationship of being always on the go with each other is the relationship i always wanted & not just doing the basics watching everyone on tv even though there are really good movies i want to see & havent seen i also know its not just always fun but protecting your energy your relationships energy or energy on or off the media that is put out there or staying with the consistency should be in powering or powering to some extent without downfall enlightening or unenlightening at times because time does matter also about what your wife has said the person that wants to spend more time with you the energy there to a person who spends less & it feels more fueling but if you had a relationship you want that has the balance of both with the energy time attraction no jitter kindas of relationship but naturally fueling then its different & sometimes outsiders try to grab or hold on to your energy like that because they don't have it see it view it or want to change to it even if you already have had that kinda of energy with in you even on a protective barrier balance i like how u comforted your wife on camera not just for the camera i know you weren't too easy to get up right away because you didn't want to make her feel unsecured or insecure but you did get up & comfort her in the right way & the hugging & hold was genuine love is supposed to be powering in this world healing & what makes it better changes it for the better not just hearing your own voice but also knowing your paths maps i don't just believe its navigating or just navigational. When you were talking about your achievements it is nice to love the person your with ,your relationships, marriage or the person from female & males point of view not getting indentity mix up here for who they are before that but the most important person to your head heart mind body soul in marriage relationship not always being open or letting guards down be like Super Proud either with a smile or different look at each other that only you two know its empowering each other even across the room its important to have that strongness @JayShettyPodcast @JayShettyPodcast. 🗺🌳🌱🌼🌺🌷🌸💮💐💧

Was diagnosed with panic disorder at age 29. I’m pretty sure I had it much earlier. It was at age 29 when it became full blown with major panic attacks that lasted for years. Now at age 67 and taking anti-anxiety meds it is only in the periphery of my life now. Never gone but at bay.

Jay Shetty has freely preyed on strangers, violated, exploited, targeted, defamed, stalked, and enslaved strangers to build his platform since 2016, feeding on their life 24 7, freely, as you sit here talking about "non-negotiables in relationships." There aren't any non-negotiables when Jay Shetty is free to continue for years. It doesnt matter if you "value peace" when ill intentioned fraude have 24 7 access to your life and freely prey on you, violate, exploit, target, defame, stalk, enslave, and destroy you for fucking years. Jay Shetty has enslaved strangers for his own benefit and opportunities for years, continuing when addressed, and you're talking about "non-negotiables and peace" with him. None of this matters.

Love this podcast so much and it’s put me on the best mood ! but I think Mel’s views on genders is a bit warped. It always seems like guys just have it easy no when she talks about genders. Going through puberty for boys isn’t only a good thing it’s extremely embarrassing, constantly asked have your balls dropped have your balls dropped and your voice breaking and peoples bodies developing at different rights. It’s mostly likely the opposite of a good time for most boys, Boys are constantly ripping each other every second of the day especially during high school and puberty. I don’t know where Mel gets these views from, the difference is boys won’t talk about their problems. It doesn’t mean they don’t exist ! Love you Mel but I think you need an honest conversation with how men actually feel. Not everyone is an alpha male and some of your views on other podcasts for example about men just coming home and doing nothing after work is so outdated. Love this podcast !

"The One" implies a lack of choice. Predestination. And if we decide it isn't a CHOICE to love someone EVERY DAY, then we set ourselves up for failure. We wonder why this ONE person is failing us. It's too much on them and on us. Love is a choice. Relationships take work.

You probably have a lot of messages to read, but I wanted to share my thoughts after watching your interview with Jay Shetty. It was amazing to hear your views on life. I admire your determination and positive attitude towards setbacks. Your way of loving people, where there's always a story, is beautiful - I'm the same. Everything you said in the interview was inspiring. I love your big and funny way of being. Now I understand why your souls connected with Selena. I wish you both lots of happiness, great communication, and love with all your heart. It's good to have people like here in the world

Millets dosa or idly batter mixed with carrot one day, beetroot one day, egg one day with peanut chutney i feel its best which can be eaten at 12 or 1pm. And evening soaked dry fruits with any fruit before 7 pm. 4 liters of water. 15 to 30 min any physical activity. Maida, sugar, more oil, more salt, packet food and finally out side food need to be avoided.

Narcisstic people can be debilitating to anyone , let alone someone already with clinical anxiety or inclined toward it. These narcisstic individuals prey on these kind of people As possible unconscious enabling spouses - me as Ning they don’t realize at first ehrr Eryn dating how crazy these narcissists - they hide it very well until a little later , and gradually reveal their true selves.
