RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
6 potatoes.
Salt.
2 eggs.
Salt. Black pepper.
Italian herbs.
Dried garlic.
Mix well.
Olive oil.
Pour the eggs on top.
Green onions.
Cover with a lid and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
Parmesan cheese.
Parsley.
Cook for another 6-10 minutes over low heat, uncovered, to keep the potatoes on top crispy.
That's all!
For the sauce:
Mayonnaise 2 teaspoons.
Greek yogurt/sour cream 2 teaspoons.
1 cucumber.
2 garlic.
Mix well.
Salt. Black pepper.
