Have you tried the comply foam ear tips for these earphones? They allow deep insertion while being comfortable

I don't like the comply ones oddly enough :P Final tips are more comfortable. Not just the adapter but the tips too.

I have some spinfit tips, would they work the same as those final tips for the er2xr?

You need the red adapter from the FinalAudio. It's a tiny tiny red adapter. But if you use that it should work.

I have these but the cable broke and I hate the noise that it would make. Do you know of any other cables for these?
