Wow, it is still hard to believe this man is no longer with us, dedicated, disciplined and down-to-earth. I sure wish I could have found this man's teachings a long time ago, probably would have avoided a torn bicep, wrecked rotator cuff, banged up lower back and other injuries that laid me off and discouraged me for years. I sure hope he made it to heaven because if I do this old Soldier would give him a razor sharp salute and thunderous Hoo-ha!

did these exactly yesterday(i am 2months into working out) and had this clown come up and say "ur ego lifting drop the weight". Told him I learnt it off JM and he said "who? still ego lift init". I just smiled and continued my workout.

When you reach technical failure and on your last full restore at the topnof the movement ant do partial movements from the top to halfway down. I do this all the time and find phenomenon improvement.

I’d rather do 20 full reps to failure than doing partial reps I’ve injured myself a few times doing it back in the day but yeah it’s still a good technique
