I don't know you outside of this video but I have to say I'm really proud of you! "Where have I been here before?", be kind and compassionate with oneself, mistakes are for learning from so as to not repeat them, analyze how/why we slipped up so we might change for the better in the future, figure out how to fix it, catching ourselves while a pattern is emerging to stop repeating it. ALL of these are precisely what EVERYONE needs for life skills! Bravo! That you obviously are a beautiful looking man is just icing on the cake, so to speak. Mentor others. Build community.
