250 Gms Mutton Keema
1 Onion
1 Tbsp Chopped Ginger n Garlic
2 Green Chillies
Fresh Coriander
Fresh Mint
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Whole Coriander Seeds
1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
¼ Tsp Garam Masala
½ Tsp Chat Masala
2 Tsp Ghee
1 Tbsp Curd
1/3 Cup Wheat Flour
For special Chatni
1 Cup Coriander
½ Cup Mint Leaves
6-8 Garlic Buds
4 Dried Red Chillies
½ Tsp Cumin
Pulp of 1 Tbsp Tamarind
1 Tsp Jaggery Powder
¼ Tsp Salt
¼ Tsp Black Salt
