Wow mouth watering cutlets superb aap sabhi receipi mea lemon juice kyu add karte isse Kya fayda hota hea bahut times see haane cutlets banana chod diya that kyun ki zyada tar Dr cutlets ke liye naa bolte hea specially cancer Dr bcoz k cutlets only for fry it doesn't cook properly till end or khima Ander see kaachhe rehne ki vajah se mutton mince jerm is hamfull for health mere hubby koe bahut pasand cutlets he was cancer patients Dr do not allow him to eat cutlets that why nw toh my hubby is no more till than I HV NT try again to make cutlets is any other way of making cutlets pls share the receipi I like too much cutlets

Sorry to know dear..You can cook the minced meat first and then follow same procedure by adding pav and coriander mint and form them into cutlets..coat with breadcrumbs and dip in egg and fry
