Ingredients
3 cups ZOBO leaves
1 cup grated ginger
2 lemon grass
1 cinnamon stick
1 large pineapple
2 large cucumbers
3 oranges
10-15 cloves
Sugar to taste
Pineapple peel
15 cups water

You deserve an accolade Ify. And yes to grating or blending the ginger...it's the real deal. I've not had to put all of this fruits and spices in at once before but will sure add it to my bucket list...and to think I even grow lemon grass in my compound...💃💃💃

But Ify, pls clear me on this... You grated the ginger with it's back? That's a new one for me cos I never knew. Thought u just scrape out the back first.

Yes but I prefer you drink it sooner. Pls store in fridge.

Storing it in a freezer makes it last for days to weeks. Then you can thaw it whenever you are ready to drink
