i get goosebumps every time i hear the uncharted start up music damnnnn

why I chose playstation over xbox.

I remember pre ordering this game after playing uncharted 1 and seeing the trailers. I knew it was going to be something special. I would tell my friends at school if they were excited and no one had any idea what uncharted was. They were all waiting for modern warfare 2. I was probably the only kid in school who got the game on release day. It was and still the best game I ever played just cause of the memories I had playing and how much endless fun it was. It blew my mid away with the graphics and story. After a couple of weeks everyone was talking about uncharted 2 being such a good game and everyone bandwagoned.... And I just felt like a badass being the only one to know how great this game would be.

Personally I really liked the stealth mission at the beginning of the game.

The only reason and I mean the only reason I bought a ps3 was for the Uncharted series. Xbox 360 was amazing but none of it's exclusives could even compare to Uncharted. Uncharted 4 is the only reason I currently have a ps4 over an Xbox One

Imagine Uncharted 4 with a 2 player co-op campaign!? One guy plays as Drake the other guy plays as his brother. That'd be badass!

Games and series like this are the reason PlayStation is better than Xbox.

Uncharted 2 will probably resonate with me as one of the best games ever made for the rest of my life. The memories of it when it first came out 🥲 shame I’ll never be able to experience it again like I did when I was 10 years old

My opinion: Uncharted (PS4) -hopefully combines it´s predecessor´s epicness to a 10/10 Uncharted 3 -epic game, just felt like these set-pieces were thrown together Uncharted 2 -epic game, the multiplayer is inferior to Uncharted 3´s multiplayer though Uncharted 1 -felt like it was a beta without bugs, like Naughty Dog was testing something new, but still fun

What I don't get after playing it again in 2020, he is worried about stopping the war criminal bad guy and not killing, but I remember killing 727 people in the first game and maybe just as much in this one. Who is the real monster?

Am I the only one that discovered that Uncharted 2 actually takes place 8 years after the original Drake was 25 in the first 33 in the second. If you scroll through Drakes Journal in Uncharted 2 and you flip all the way to the first page its shows a photo of Drake and Sully off the coast of panama and it took place in 2001, Uncharted 2 takes place in 2008/09

I remember playing this none stop back in 2010-12. Nostalgic

This game is a masterpiece. Just replayed it on ps4. There are many improvements to the first game, but my favourite thing about it is the awesome set pieces like the train, hanging train carriage etc.

Am i the only person who didn't have a problem with the stealth mission? I found it to be pretty straight forward.

I'm so glad that you included Ni No Kuni, every list like this that I see leaves that one out, and that game is amazing. Probably my favorite JRPG of all time.

So many memorable moments in Uncharted: - the pirate attack right in the beginning of the first game - Train sequence in 2 - The jet ski sequence in 1 - airplane sequence in 3 - Museum sequence in 2 - the ship sequence in 3 - Nepal sequence in 2 - horse sequence in 3 im probably forgetting some...

Uncharted 2 is still my favorite due to the darker tone of the game but uncharted 3 was an amazing game too. That plane crash had my blood flowing! lol

Gonna play this for the first time tomorrow.

This is the best game in the series so far. I really hope naughtydog surpass 2 and becomes the best in the series. I can't wait to see the graphics and the big awesome set pieces they can come up with using the next gen power at their hands.

This is my second reply to you. The setpieces are often intertwined very well into the plot and progression from one area to another, however it's not always perfect (Cruise Ship/Shipyard from UC3) but they do not hinder gameplay. They actually allow a great deal of unique experiences and changes to gameplay. Forcing the player to compensate for every dip, rise or bend that a train or boat might take. These light alterations can modify the way in which a player undertakes a scenario.

So many great memories from the uncharted series actually brings a tear to my eye that's it's finally over just completed uncharted 4 and absolutely loved it hope they bring it back though plz make 5th 😪😪😪😪😪😪😪😪

That one stealth part in the second chapter made me hate the game. I'm so glad it was at the beginning and not at the end, because after that it gets so amazing I can honestly say it's one of the greatest games ever made.

@cappew22 personally do not think you need to play the first game, I didn't. I would recommend you watch the movie cutscenes however and then play the second. That way you can get to know the characters and the story plot

Truly a great game! before I had my ps3 I had a 360, I didn't really check out the ps3 exclusives namely because I didn't hav a ps3 console & also because I thought that gamers in general held a biased view 'always steering towards the console that they own- you know halo bummers for the 360, gears of war, forza etc etc. I thought uncharted was just overrated because it was a ps3 exclusive but Having played uncharted 2 just last week (2015) I've gotta say it kicks ass! Well worth buying & playing if you havnt already done so. The story is highly captivating and you never get bored of it. I'm now about an hour into uncharted 3 and wow graphics look even better! And the gameplay seems smoother.. Quality games!
