Adventure Pinball: Forgotten Island was among the first 3D computer games I've played, so I have nostalgia affecting my judgement, but I absolutely LOVED that pinball game - and it did what Justin Said - it worked in a way that you couldn't make an actual pinball machine do - you played on real landscapes with cavemen and villages.

Tusken Raiders had Cycler rifles which are “slugthrowers” (i.e. guns) and are indeed effective against lightsabers which simply melt the bullet and leave shrapnel.

For Super Potato - if you purchase a full on console from Japan, would you need an adapter to plug in whatever plug Japan uses into American outlets? Or do they also have inventory of "American" products that are directly compatible? Just food for thought. Also, if you need them, they're sold in large department stores - just ask an employee where you can find international outlet adapters and they'll point you in the right direction :)

Both Kotor games were published by LucasArts and Kotor 2 was developed by Obsidian games, which are now owned by Microsoft

I don't see many people bringing up the concept that all future star wars games can't have different endings. If the games MUST be canon, then the idea of light side dark side choices become obsolete. I could see them doing something that forces you to be dark or light at the very end, but that would be a huge slap in the face confirming that out choices ultimately didn't matter.

All the console Bioware games are backwards compatible on xbox. I own Jade Empire, KOTOR, Dragon Age 1 and 2, and the Mass Effect Trilogy backwards compatible on xbox. Jade Empire is great, you should give it a try. Martial arts and Bioware.

Literally would love Daemon, Sam, Justin, and Tina do a run of Divinity Original Sin 2. Now that's an IGN show to watch on a weekly basis.

listen, i didnt like the star was movie referred to in the show, but fucking hell i dont know why people dont understand why those bombs dropped. they start their movement IN THE GRAVITY od the ship rose is in. you know there is gravity on the ship with her because she drops the control and hangs from the ladder. if you drop something in gravity like that and it hits open space, it wouldnt just fucking stop, the forward momentum would keep them moving which is WHY they had to be above the ship they were aiming at. the whole magnetic thing is so dumb when it is easily explained. but again, fuck thata movie in general.

Tusken Raider rifles seem to shoot bullets. Like when they shot that one podracer in Episode 1. and Sam, tellin' it like it is this episode, hatin' on 'em. GOOD.

KOTOR looks a lot better than that. Simple test, is that all of the UI is blurry. That video is more a tale of how poor video capture was back then.

So if you are within the the gravity well generated by the Capital ship in Star Wars ... bombs will drop down toward the ship. *I totally made this bullshit up. But it totally makes sense. Don't get me wrong, I'm a huge GS fan so this isn't a call-out thing but I think it's important to give credit to the right people for breaking scoops this big. What destroyed Knights of the Old Republic was Mass Effect. Little known fact time ... Bioware pitched KotoR 3 to LucasArts and showed off their new engine and mechanics. LucasArts passed on the project leaving Bioware with a new game engine and wasted time on a proof of concept. Not going to bring them down. Bioware set out with a mission statement to create their Own Sci Fi IP that would be more epic and would rival Star Wars in story and scope to show LucasArts that they lost out. And this is how Mass Effect was born. They also decided to keep the light and dark choice mechanics and give players control of the story. Which is believed to be the reason LucasArts passed on the project. LA saw every one of their properties as Canon. If they had a game with multiple paths and changing story arcs. It isn't a set story and could interfere with Star Wars canon And it is because of Mass Effect. I can never go back and play KotoR.

How can we get Swaim on every podcast? I don't want to lose any of the "usual" cast, but need more SWAIM. I WANT MORE SWAIM. .....and they call gamers entitled.
