Hello and good afternoon I hope that you are well. I have a Beko KDG252 cooker and for some reason the gas is coming out but the clicker aint working to bring the flames on the oven and hobs. I would be super grateful for some help. Thank You

It could be an issue with the ignitor. We'd recommend contacting your local service department and scheduling a service call. Hopefully they can get the problem resolved quickly!

Ok my Viking, the right two burners will light but the left four all of a sudden, no clicking sound so wondering does that mean something more wrong with the wiring or is there any type of control module that is an issue or no because the right two work?

Helpful.. Mine lights but won't go high. And the flames eventually dies out. If I take off the top cap it goes totally out. Make sense? Should I try to soak clean the gray piece?

My situation is opposite. It seems too close between the lighter and the cover, as a result the spark is too weak/short. I need to lift the cover a little bit so that it does NOT sit firm and the gap between lighter and cover is bigger to light the gas. But my issue is that was not the problem until recently. I am still looking for a better solution. Appreciate if you have any suggestions.

I searched the youtube videos, and found one saying that our issue was due to cleaning the cover while it is on the base. But the base is very soft, as a result, the three legs (or the supporters) on the base were weared, and became a little short. So the permenant solution is to replace the cap under the cover, Or find some ways to raise the supporters. @@bishopd2290

qe dropped soup on the knobs. then the electrics do not work. like a short circuit. is there a fuse inside the ge monogram gas stove top ? i have 120V power and i have gas. no clicking, no lights under the knobs when turned on. it is an electrical short. hard to believe the transformer would blow. it is just two coils of copper wire.

It's hard to say without looking at the product. We'd recommend contacting a local service technician to come and look at your range to see what else might be wrong.

I cleaned my cooker and noticed the silver pin is missing from the igniter where it used to spark. What is that called and can i buy new one

It should either be the burner pin or the burner igniter. What is the model number of your range?

What if there is a clicking sound but no sparks on all burners?

You might want to clean your burner cap. Sometimes grease and grime can block the gas. If that doesn't work, you might have an issue with the gas lines. At that point we'd recommend contacting a service technician to take a look.

Make sure the gas lines are secured and hooked up properly. Double check your igniters like shown in this video too. If you smell gas, there could be a leak. If that's the case you'll want to call a local appliance technician!

Mine clicks, I can see the spark. The spark rotates as it does on all of the burners. I can smell gas, but it rarely lights. I am thinking my cap may be worn down and not letting the gas out to the spark ?

You may want to call a service technician to come take a look, especially if you are smelling the gas but it's not lighting.

@@Donsappliances I remedied the problem by playing with the cap on top of the burner. It does not lock in place and is not supposed to. The burner itself has 5 small cast iron vertical pegs that hold the cap slightly above the burner that I assumed were worn down. I just rotated the cap and attempted to start it several times until it worked. Once it did, I marked a spot on the side of the cap by scratching it, so I know where the scratch is and where the scratched side of the cap should be in order for the burner to ignite.
