Best Oven Baked BBQ Ribs | I Heart Recipes

Hey y’all! I want to show you how to make the Best Oven Baked BBQ Ribs: iheartrecipes....
These ribs are well seasoned and cooked slow until the meat falls off the bone and is super tender. For the rub, I use salt, fresh ground pepper, garlic and onion powder, hickory liquid smoke, paprika, dry mustard, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar. After baking for over an hour, the ribs are ready for BBQ sauce and the broiler. You'll swear these were smoked all day, but this recipe takes very little effort!

Timestamps for video:
0:15 - Place the ribs on a cookie sheet.
0:20 - Pierce the ribs with a fork.
0:30 - Drizzle on oil.
0:35 - Brush on the oil.
0:43 - Remove the membrane.
0:52 - Season with salt and pepper.
1:02 - Sprinkle on onion and garlic powders.
1:10 - Sprinkle on dried mustard.
1:15 - Sprinkle on paprika.
1:25 - Sprinkle on brown sugar.
1:35 - Drizzle on apple cider vinegar.
1:40 - Drizzle on hickory liquid smoke.
1:45 - Brush to coat well.
1:58 - Sprinkle on parsley flakes.
2:02 - Sprinkle on red pepper flakes.
2:18 - Cover and bake.
2:36 - Uncover.
2:43 - Drizzle on the BBQ sauce.
2:52 - Brush to coat well.
3:10 - Broil for 5 minutes.
3:30 - Slice and serve.

if you really want them to be really nice and tender cook it at 2:25 on the rack that's the highest rack that you have and then what you should do is individually wrapped but dry rub them two nights before let them sit there in the refrigerator then it will come out nice and tender😉

That's a nice recipe, and dang they look good!! Sometimes I don't feel like being bothered with firing up my smoker and having to constantly tend to the fire. This is a great alternative, that doesn't compromise anything. Thanks for sharing this!! God Bless, and take care!

OMG! These ribs were to die for!! They are so good, tender and delicious. I was trying to serve the ribs and when I stuck a fork into one of them, a piece of the rib came off and the rest stayed in the pan. They just fell off the bone!! Thanks for sharing!! 😊
